Die struck Metal Coins with a diameter of 17 mm t/m 30 mm in a metal that is called new silver or alpaca. Alpaca is an alloy of copper, nickel and sink, which looks very compatible with real silver. Alpaca is a relatively heavy metal and can be used very well in machines like a vending machine, change machines or washing machines. Coins are available in 1.2mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm thickness, where the edge will be slightly thicker. For producing a die struck coin we need to make a stamp of the desired design per side. Stamps are relatively expensive for small runs, it is also possible to strike the coin on one side only.
