Product Returns

Below we describe our return conditions for standard products. In general, customers have 2 weeks to think about whether the product suits. 

Return conditions:

1. For standard items there is a return period of 14 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the item.
2. Items that you return must be unused and in the same condition as they were shipped.
3. Custom made products cannot be returned. Examples of such products include; key chain with your logo or a name badge with an engraved name on it.

How do I return my products?

You can easily return items by registering them with us, prior to return, and sending the products back to us. We have made a 4-step plan to help you on your way. The costs of returning products are not reimbursed. If you have any questions on any of the below steps, you can contact us.

Tips:

  • Keep your proof of shipment. This allows you to track the shipment if something goes wrong.
  • If you are unable to return the items via your account, please contact us, we are happy to help.
  • Pack the items in a well-sealed box so that the products cannot be damaged.
  • Always send a note with your return order, including order number and name.

Step 1: Check carefully whether you are eligible to return the items

If you have any questions about this or are unsure about the return policy, please contact us before shipping the products.

Return conditions:

Step 2: Register your return

• Log in to our website. Are you not a registered customer with us? No problem. Click on 'My orders' at the very bottom of the page, under 'My account'. Then select the button 'forgot your password? '. Request a new password with the email address you were using to complete the order. You will then receive an email to generate a new password. Click on the link and you will be prompted to enter a new password.

• When you log in, you can see your CombiCraft orders directly under the contact details. Select the 'view' button corresponding to the order you wish to return.

• Choose the quantities of each product you intend to return and specify a reason for return. Select the 'return'button and your return will now be registered.

Step 3: Return the products

Send the items in a well-sealed box. Always send a note with your return order, including order number and name. Costs of returning are not reimbursed.

Step 4: Refund

Once we have received your return, you will receive the credit note by e-mail within 2 working days. We request your BIC and IBAN data for processing the refund. We strive to refund the purchase amount within 7 business days after receiving the IBAN data.

 

What will I get refunded if I return items?

If you return all products in your order, you will receive a full refund, including delivery costs of the original order. When you return part of your order, we will refund the costs for the returned products only, and the shipping costs of the original order will not be reimbursed. Return costs are incurred at customers own expense.

 

What if my package is delivered damaged?

How annoying that you have received the package damaged. Report this immediately to the postman and (when possible) place the comment package damaged while signing for receipt. We would also like to be informed of this as soon as possible, you can always call or send an email with your details and some clear photos. Then check carefully whether the items are also damaged.

 

What if my items are delivered damaged, broken or incorrect?

We are very sorry that this happened and would like to help you as soon as possible. Contact us by phone within 2 working days. Where possible, take photos and send them to us by email. We hope to find a suitable solution with you soon. To determine whether a custom-made product has been delivered correctly, we always look at the order confirmation and the artwork that has been approved. These are always leading.
