When do I receive my order with custom tokens?
For a new order we’ll create custom artwork based on your wishes. After approval we’ll get started with production, usually we will send out your order within 4 business days after proof is approved.
Which is better: printed or embossed tokens?

Which tokens fit in the counting trays?
Our plastic counting trays fit round tokens with a diameter from 23 mm up to 29 mm. Each compartment holds up to 10 tokens. We offer trays for 500 or 1,000 tokens for easy supply during events.
How do I submit my design for a token?
Submit your design when you order, or send your design to info@combicraftshop.com. Send your logo or image as a graphic file (AI, EPS, or PDF for Windows) or a high-resolution JPG, along with a short explanation, to info@combicraftshop.com. We will then create a proof (artwork) for your approval before starting production.
