Can I return my order?
Consumers have 14 days to return a standard product. Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility. Important: Personalized products cannot be refunded.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
In every product description you can find the estimated lead time. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the exact destination and the courier service. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery at any time.

How should I submit my design template?
We prefer to receive your design template in EPS, AI, or CDR format, as these are ideal for printing. We also accept high-resolution JPG or PNG files, though please note that some quality loss may occur.
You can upload your file during the ordering process using the upload option for the product, or you can email it to info@combicraftshop.com. Be sure to include your order number in the email so we can assign your design correctly.
Once we receive your file, you will usually get a digital proof by email within 1 to 2 business days for review and approval. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.
Production will only begin after we have received your approval. This ensures that the final product fully meets your expectations.

How can I pay by bank transfer?
You can transfer the amount by bank transfer to the following account:

Is tax-free shopping possible?
Yes, you can place a tax-free order!
Simply enter a valid VAT number in your shopping cart. This will be verified automatically in our webshop and then manually checked by our team to prevent fraud.
If your company is located outside the EU and the delivery address is also outside the EU, your order is usually exempt from tax as long as the export can be properly documented.
