Shipping policy

At CombiCraft we offer worldwide shipping. Because delivery times vary by country, we do not provide specific delivery times. Instead, we inform you when the products are ready for shipment. Products that are in stock can be shipped the same business day if you order before 12:00 PM. For other products, the production time is listed on the product page—usually 2 to 4 business days, a week, or sometimes longer. Do you have a rush order? Please contact our customer service to discuss what’s possible.

Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

Mailbox delivery
Products that fit through a mailbox are shipped via local postal services. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation. Mailbox deliveries do not include tracking.

Parcel delivery
Products sent as parcels are delivered by DPD. As soon as your parcel ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Depending on the delivery address, lead time, order value, or parcel size, we may also use DHL, GLS, FedEx, or another carrier.

For private customers, our delivery partners choose a delivery time. If you’re not home, the package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point. For business customers, there are two delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to CombiCraft.

Split delivery
Your order may be shipped in multiple deliveries. If this is the case, it will be clearly mentioned on the order confirmation. If you receive only part of your order, please check the packing slip. If you're unsure whether your order will be shipped in parts, feel free to contact our customer service.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

I’d like to place an order. How long will delivery take?
Each product page shows whether the item is in stock or has a production time. If you order a stocked item on a business day before 12:00 PM, we’ll process and ship it the same day. For personalized products, delivery takes longer. You’ll find the estimated production time on the product page.

I won’t be home. Can I have my order delivered elsewhere?
Yes. If you won’t be home, you can choose delivery to a pickup point during checkout and collect your package when it’s convenient for you.

My delivery address is incorrect. Can I update it?
If you entered the wrong shipping address or want to change it, contact our customer service as soon as possible. If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, we can still update the address until 3:00 PM the same day. After that, changes are no longer possible.

Can I get faster delivery?
Yes, faster delivery is available through DPD Guarantee or FedEx Express. Contact our customer service to check the options.

My package is lost or hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived or seems lost—even if you received a delivery confirmation—please contact us the next business day. We’ll follow up with the shipping carrier to find out where it is.

Note: Sometimes a package is marked as delivered one day before it actually arrives. This can happen if the driver forgets to scan the delivery. If this happens, we recommend contacting us the next day.

My order includes items with different delivery times. Will I receive the faster ones first?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship items separately based on delivery time. We prioritize the longest production time in each order. If you want to receive the faster items sooner, we suggest placing two separate orders.
