It took 3 weeks to arrive and the tracking didn't work. The stamp itself is great tho. It's the perfect size and was exactly what I wanted.

The owner of the shop reached out before making the item and said that I needed to change my order because it only fits 8 characters. I explained there were only 7 characters needed and didn’t see an issue. She then apologized and said she was mistaken. When she sent the item it was not correct even after that “clarifying” communication. It only has 3 characters. It was stamped right next to the 7 characters that were supposed to be on it. I reached out for help and haven’t gotten any. She keeps asking for the same information and proof which I sent initially with the picture I’m showing here. The seller wants me to change the review but still has not fixed their errors. I bought a pack of three stamps and they all only had 3 out of the 7 characters requested. They are not based in the US. Maybe it’s a language barrier for them?

Answered all my questions. Shopping was quick and it's exactly what I was hoping for.

This seller is outside of the US. I ordered two stamps on June 15, 2022 and never received them. Todays date is August 16, 2022. No response from the seller after requesting a refund. I paid for expedited shipping as well which was more than double the price of the stamps I purchased. I really would just like a refund at this point.

Perfect and just what I wanted! Doesn’t come with a printed design on top of the stamps so I fancied my own so I could distinguish the stamps between each other. Only thing is that I expected the green to be a bit darker!

Na overleg aangepast naar eigen lettertype. Precies de maat die ik wilde klein en leuk. Stempel moet je goed rechtop houden en stevige ondergrond gebruiken dan stempelt deze perfect. Komt een klein stukje extra inkt vanaf de stempel maar dit kan altijd gebeuren. Natuurlijk
