    FAQ

How do I submit my design?

Click the green "Personalize" button to create your design in our online design tool. Add text, a logo, an illustration, or any combination you'd like.

Need help with your design? Leave the design blank and email your artwork and design instructions to info@combicraftshop.com along with your order number. We'll create a digital proof for your approval.

How do I use the same design on multiple products?
You don't need to design every product separately. Create your design for one product and add it to your cart. Then add the remaining products without a design and mention in the order notes that the same design should be used for the entire order.
Will I receive a proof of my design?

Designs created with our online design tool do not receive a proof. We'll only contact you if there's a technical issue that prevents us from producing your design as submitted.

Please be aware to read the instructions very carefully. They left the "Meeting in Progress" text with a green background, and "welcome please knock" with a red background, which is clearly the wrong way round. I wish they would have contacted me to check as I clearly did not read the small print closely enough. Sadly I cannot return the item, customer service was very blunt and shipping was incredibly slow. First time I have had a bad experience with Etsy.

Very pleased with the sign, it slides easily but not so loosely that it feels flimsy, text is clear, we shall never again question whether the dishwasher needs filling or emptying!

Exactly as described. Sure beats having to write my phone number on a white board every day. I can just slide the little window over to RED and that means we aren't in and to call or text. I like this product. Wish it was a bit bigger because it is easily overlooked on our door.
