Description
Loop lock labels support fast identification in, for example, the butcher industry, fruit and vegetable industry, and fish industry. During food production and processing, it is mandatory to document and record all data at every stage. The loop lock labels can be attached to boxes and crates, as well as roll containers and carts.
Heat-resistant loop lock labels
The loop lock labels measure 279 x 48 mm and have a thickness of 185 microns. The loop diameter is 39.8 mm. The material consists of strong, heat-resistant plastic. The labels can be written on with a pen or permanent marker, or fitted with stickers. Detectable labels for food production What makes these loop lock labels unique is that they are heat-resistant up to 150°C (302°F) and feature metal detectability. This allows the labels to be used throughout all stages of the production process.
The labels can be printed using a thermal transfer printer in combination with a print ribbon. They can also be written on with a pen or permanent marker, or fitted with stickers. Thanks to the metal detectability, the labels will be detected by a metal detector if a label is accidentally packaged with the product or, worse, incorporated into the product itself. These loop lock labels can also be used in sterilization processes in the medical field, in laundries, or when using autoclaves, ovens, cooking, or freezing processes. The labels are also commonly used in hospitals to identify patients for meals prepared in ovens.
