During food production and processing, it is mandatory to document and record all data at every stage. The loop-lock labels can be attached to boxes and crates, as well as roll containers and carts.

Large loop-lock labels with two loop sizes

The Giant measures 381 x 75 mm and has a thickness of 150 microns. What makes this large format unique is that it can be looped in two different positions, resulting in two loop sizes. The first loop has a diameter of 32.8 mm, and the second loop has a diameter of 55.7 mm. The loop-lock labels are made of HDPE, an extremely strong material that is highly suitable for outdoor use.

The labels can be printed using a thermal transfer printer in combination with a print ribbon. They can also be written on with a pen or permanent marker, or fitted with stickers. The Giant loop-lock labels can also be supplied with a custom design. The labels are supplied on a roll of 250 labels, with a core diameter of ∅ 76 mm.
