Benefits of keeping extra name badges in stock
Learn about the benefits of keeping extra name badges with hydro-anodized printing, also known as subsurface printing, in stock. This technique embeds the design into the material, making the name badges highly resistant to wear.
Name badges with subsurface printing have a minimum order quantity of 25 pieces. The more badges you order, the lower the price per badge. It is not possible to order just one name badge with subsurface printing. However, it is possible to add a name and/or job title to a badge that already features your logo at a later date.
We offer you the option to order extra name badges with your logo and have us store them free of charge. This allows you to order individual badges whenever you need them, engraved with a name and job title. Ideal when a new employee joins your team or a badge gets lost. Once you have name badges in stock with us, you can reorder from just 1 piece.
By ordering extra name badges upfront, you'll also benefit from our volume discounts on your initial order. It's a win-win!
What are the benefits of keeping extra name badges in stock?
Benefit 1: Reorder from just 1 piece
One of the biggest advantages is that you can reorder a durable name badge with your logo from just 1 piece, personalized with a name and/or job title. This is ideal when employees join or leave your company, or when a lost badge needs to be replaced quickly.
Benefit 2: Sent within 2–4 business days
Another major advantage is fast delivery. Since the badges with your logo are already in stock, we only need to engrave the name and job title when you place a reorder. This means we'll send your personalized name badges within 2–4 business days.
Benefit 3: Lower cost per badge on your initial order
The more name badges you order initially, the lower the price per badge. By ordering extra badges upfront, you can take advantage of attractive volume discounts. You decide how many additional name badges you'd like us to produce, with a minimum order quantity of 25 pieces.
How is the text added to the name badge?
Your design, such as a logo or illustration, is applied using a hydro-anodizing process, also known as subsurface printing. When you reorder a badge, the requested name or job title is engraved onto the surface. The engraved text and subsurface printing look almost identical, creating a consistent appearance.
How long will you store my extra name badges?
We'll store your extra name badges for as long as you have stock remaining with us. Once your stock runs out, you can easily place a new order. Keep in mind that a new initial order requires a minimum of 25 pieces.
